We believe the best creative work begins with an accurate understanding of the people involved: the organization, the audience, the internal team, and the culture surrounding the project. That understanding gives production a reason to exist.

SLS brings film, photography, design, and digital execution into one collaborative practice. Instead of handing a brief from one silo to another, we keep the concept intact as it moves across formats. The result is work that feels related because it was actually made using the same logic.

We are structured to work closely with internal teams, move between strategy and execution, and stay practical about the realities of production. The relationship matters because the work gets stronger when everyone can think together.

    Seán

    Founder

    With two decades dedicated to the art of storytelling, Seán has built a career on clarifying brand messages and crafting compelling narratives for a wide range of clients. He is driven by a deep love for both hearing and sharing a great story.

    His personal life centers on his wife and four children. His interests, playing the guitar and horseback riding, provide a creative and energetic foundation for his professional drive and personal pursuits.

    Project Manager

    Evelyn graduated from GVSU with a degree in Film and Video Production. With a passion for storytelling, she spent most of her college years writing, directing, and producing short films.

    At SLS, she utilizes her natural knack for organization and her creative abilities to cultivate productivity and project success.

    Chaz

    Senior Graphic Designer

    Chaz Silva is a multi-award-winning senior graphic designer and the co-founder of PRODU©T, a multidisciplinary collective with roots in underground culture and experimental creative practice.

    Chaz brings originality into structure, creating work that is both strategically grounded and visually distinct.

    Editor

    Devan earned his Bachelor of Science in Film and Video Production from GVSU and continues to refine his skills through roles in narrative filmmaking.

    At SLS, he supports project development in various ways, often with a camera or in the editing suite. Devan enjoys collaborating with different companies and industries, constantly broadening his perspective and sharpening his skills.
